Sarah Baillie

Sarah is a London-born soprano, who most recently completed the ENO Opera Works program. She made her stage debut, aged eight, in the Royal Opera Company’s production of Verdi’s Otello, followed by Puccini’s La Boheme and on an EMI recording of Massenet’s Werther as a treble soloist. She trained as a mezzo soprano at the Royal Academy of Music, prior to which she attended Durham University, where she was name as one of 25 Durham graduates to watch for the future. Credits include Tatyana Eugene Onegin, Manon Manon Lescaut, Fiordiligi Cosi fan Tutte, Mistress Ford The Merry Wives of Windsor, Erste Dame Die Zauberflöteand Dido Dido and Aeneas. In 2017 Sarah will be performing the role of Rosalinde inDie Fledermaus.
